Founded in 1992, Horizons Leisure Vehicles Limited initially carried out the repairs and servicing of caravans along with tow bar fitting in the local Tamworth area.
With many years’ experience in the coach building industries it was a natural progression to design and build motor caravans.
Horizons Leisure Vehicles are a friendly, family run business with an excellent customer service and a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The highly acclaimed vehicles that are produced, the Cavarno and Innovation ranges plus now th Camaro db, continue to be sold under the Horizons Unlimited brand name, which is widely recognised throughout the industry for high quality handcrafted furniture.
The current models are based on the short, medium and long wheelbase Ford Transit.
The Cavarno range, has been restyled, with new doors, tables and a range of worktop laminates to choose from.
To add a personal and unique touch to any of the conversions, a choice of furniture wood veneers and hardwoods is also available.
The newer conversions are built to the same high standards as the Cavarno Innovation but instead of the familiar Fords, these are based on the Peugeot Boxer.
The Camaro db is built on the Medium Wheelbase and the new ikon which is built on a Long Wheelbase, both highly specified models.
There is also an increasing demand for specialised vehicles which have the usual motor home facilities, but which are adapted to cater for the special requirements of those who take part in activities such as carting, motocross, or any outdoor activities that require carrying areas inside the vehicle. With this in mind, the Race Station range is based on either the Volkswagen Crafter or the Mercedes Sprinter and is designed to provide a 7’ x 4’ integral garage space for bikes or specialised hobby or sports equipment, as well as a luxurious living area.
Customers can also have their own vehicle converted to suit their needs or their existing motor caravans refurbished or upgraded.
The Horizons Leisure Vehicles production range consists of:
- Cavarno 2 and 4
- Cavarno Plus and XL
- Innovation 1 and 3
- Camaro db
- Ikon
- Race Station
Horizons also provides other services such as habitation checks, mechanical services, caravan services and repairs, towbars and accessories. They are now fitting Smartrack tracking devices to your motor caravans.
