The Auto-Sleepers story began in 1961 when the Trevelyan family were searching for a touring holiday with a difference. They landed up building their own motorhome based on a Morris J2 van.
Before long they had an order for five motorhomes based on that prototype and so the business got underway.
Fifty Eight years later and Auto-Sleepers are thriving as one of the main British Motorhome Manufacturers.
The Mercedes Coachbuilt Range
The 2019 Auto-Sleepers Mercedes-Benz range is built on the all new Sprinter chassis, the most intelligent, powerfully connected van the world has ever seen.
All five models in the range have a 163bhp engine as standard with a seven speed fully automatic gearbox available as an option.
Solar Panels, underfloor LPG Tanks and CAT6 Trackers are installed on all models as well the MBUX infotainment system with a 7 inch touchscreen.
The Bourton is a two berth model with the popular end kitchen layout and twin facing settees converting into twin singles or one large double bed. It is 6.5m long and has a gross weight of 3500kg.
The Winchcombe features a large across the rear bathroom and twin facing settees converting into twin singles or one large double bed. It is 7.3m long and has a gross weight of 4100kg.
The Malvern sleeps four with a fixed corner (French) bed and twin facing settees make up the other berths. It is 7.3m long and has a gross weight of 4100kg.
The Burford combines a large across the rear bathroom with a French bed and twin settees up front. It is 7.9m long and has a gross weight of 4100kg.
The Burford Duo combines a large across the rear bathroom with twin single fixed beds and twin settees up front. It is 7.9m long and has a gross weight of 4100kg.
