VB-Air Suspension have range of SemiAir kits for available for Motorhomes. 

VB SemiAir kits are available for all makes and models between 3.5T and 6.5T GVW, and can be DIY or dealer installed. 

VB SemiAir suspension has been designed for vehicles with a high centre of gravity, heavy, or uneven loading, or for applications where the maximum payload is required for the majority of a vehicle’s working life as on fully loaded motorhomes. 

The standard leaf springs are not necessarily designed to cope effectively with full axle loading all the time and often the standard suspension is not uprated from when the vehicle original purpose was to be a van. So VB SemiAir provides a cost effective way of uprating the suspension to cope with the loading requirements of a fully fitted out motorhome. 

It acts as a helper to the original spring, keeping the vehicle level and stable, even when fully laden, each air bellow on either side of the vehicle can be individually controlled for even weight distribution. 

VB Air Suspension also supply uprated CoilSprings when installed they increase the clearance and stability of the vehicle and work effortlessly well in conjunction with the FullAir and SemiAir systems. 

The ‘base kit’ can be supplemented with an integrated control panel (containing gauges and switches), that fits into the dash or the passenger seat base, making it easy to check the pressure in each airbag and inflate/deflate the system accordingly via a Comfort Kit. Everything is pre-wired and tested, by VB prior to leaving the factory and designed to look like part of the original equipment with various vehicle specific control panels.

Installation of the kits is straightforward and easy, with clear step-by-step instructions and does not require any specialist equipment or tooling. All the kits bolt-on to existing chassis mounting points and require no welding, cutting or drilling. 

As well as going through rigorous internal testing and proving processes, all products are TUV approved and VB can provide customers with all the necessary paperwork if required.
