As membership expands, so do the activities and services provided. Members come from all walks of life, and backgrounds, yet they share one thing in common – the love of Motorcaravanning.
Rallies are held throughout the year in different parts of the country, often coinciding with National or local shows or events. Some rallies are held on small sites where numbers have to be limited to 30 or 40 vehicles, whereas other larger rallies attract up to 100 or so outfits.
Some club rallies are held abroad. These rallies are particularly helpful for those taking their motorhome abroad for the first time. The club has negotiated some very special discounts for members purchasing ferry tickets. The club newsletter is sent out quarterly to all members giving news of the club activities and details of forthcoming rallies. It contains technical hints and tips, members recommendations, sales and wanted, touring information and various other matters of interest. Technical advice concerning motorhomes is offered to members. Periodically, special visits are arranged around the Swift factory, so that you can see for yourself the modern production facilities and catch up with all the latest production developments in the industry. You will also have a chance to meet and talk to the people who actually make the motorhomes.
